Step #2: Building Blocks of Strategy

The second step of Strategic Articulation centers on the Building Blocks of Strategy, which are a series of six presentations focusing on key elements of business strategy. Each presentation has a set of take-away questions to help you apply the concepts to your specific situation. Take the time to answer (in writing) the take-away questions that are most relevant to your circumstances. It is best to view these presentations in sequence since concepts build upon one another.
